You made that look simple. One thing I might suggest i`d you raise the plugs off the floor. Even if it's just a few inches. Any water soliiage from the tank for filter would run strate into your multi socket.

a few things: * you dont need to fill it with water, thats what the pump is for. but since you have water trapped in the hoses then its a lot easier and pumping would be unnecessary, then just fill the aquarium, makes it easier to carry and maneuver/manipulate on tight filter spaces. but, to each his own. * its a good practice to put base petroleum jelly on the o-ring for better seal and prevent the o-ring from drying out and get brittle * its important to note that do not use the uvlight 24/7 for more than a week as it makes the bulb casing brittle; and that causes hazard and even documented electricution on these sunsun filters * do a rotating tilt on the canister to get rid of stuck air which will help quiet the canister filter and have more efficient flow

@@ArchangelHornet Thanks! Great points made here! As for the filling of water, it just works best for me so that’s the method I’ve always used, I have found it a bit hit and miss, and can take longer to get going properly. But yes each for their own.
