I chop up some onion,garlic,escallion and sweet pepper add it to the melted butter. Make it cook until tender then add flour milk and cheese. Pour it over cooked macaroni mix well you can then add more milk if needed. Place in greased baking dish top with more cheese and sprinkle with Panko bread crumbs. Bake.

Too bad no one's invented smell-a-vision yet!! Hubby makes this often and each time it comes out the same way - delicious! It's great with roasted veggies, fish or chicken. If the chicken is cooked. Remove from the sauce and let the sauce simmer longer until thicker and add the chicken back to the pan.
