Hi Eden 🙂 I hope my video brought back good memories for you. That's what is great about cooking, and baking and all things done in the kitchen, it never gets old. We'll be using this same technique in 100 years from now when I'm long gone. Thanks very much for watching Eden !

Hey Chef, these look wonderful! I have a similar sized silicone heart shaped ice cube mold that I am hoping will work for these but am wondering, did you need to re-melt/temper your chocolate after the first coating and refrigeration, or was it still runny enough to do the 2nd coating? Thanks as always for sharing x

Hi Samantha 🙂 I did have to re-heat the chocolate a tiny bit, I use a hair dryer to do it, stir the chocolate while aiming the hair dryer at the top of the chocolate ( I use the lowest heat setting ) ... also you can put the hair dryer down on the table, and aim it at your bowl of chocolate and now turn the bowl as you rotate it, this will give nice uniform heat to the chocolate in the bowl. Do NOT over do it, if your chocolate it tempered. You do not want the temp going up too high or the chocolate will fall out of temper. Now if you are using something like candy melts, then you can just heat like I said, but you don't have to worry about tempering. I hope this helps ! and thanks so much for watching !
