Thank you for getting my holiday wheels spinning. These are beautiful. I have always been told to never more than double a recipe when it comes to baking, but the simplicity of this recipe makes me think it might be doable. Id love real opinion, instead of my silly hunch--thanks in advance

Hi Maxie 🙂 Glad to be of help ! I'm happy you enjoyed my video recipe ! It can be doubled if you make sure every single ingredient is doubled. I use a scale to measure *all* my ingredients, they are never approximated, so you can be sure they are spot on. If you don't have a tiny scale, get one, it is a life changer. They are so inexpensive on Amazon. You want one that is accurate to 1 gram and you are set to go. Doubling yes, you can do it, 100% without fail, even without the scale as the recipe is so simple like you mentioned. Thanks again for watching Maxie ! 👍😊

Hi Amy Lou 🙂 I'd say they are good for a week. They won't last a week though, that's my guess. Make sure you store these in an airtight container. TIP, chocolate will add moisture to the cookie... if for gifts I'd say dip them a day before you give them away, that way less moisture can get into the cookie. I suggest you do a test run for yourself, you'll be glad you did ! wink-wink Thanks so much for watching ! 😊

Mom went to New Zealand years ago and said it was one of the greatest countries she visited. She said the people there are so friendly, something that stuck with me all the time.
