I wish distinctions had feature where you could see how different colors would look together. You tell the site what Jeep & its color, then pick which parts you'd like to see on your Jeep, so you know if you're accent color will look good with your Jeep color

We did the same thing to our white Rubicon right after we ordered it. We found another company out there that has a stick on panel using the 3M and it looks great. We think of it more like a protective cover color matching the dash just makes things Happier

Went to Distinction Applied website saw they are close to home. Wonder if I get a break on the price if I just pick up the parts from there 😂. But definitely want to do almost all of the mods they have available. The Florida sun is not kind to the stock plastic.

I painted my dash myself using the OEM paint from Jeep. I found the cans of spray on Amazon and it is Mopar paint that is actually the same color as my Ocean Blue Metallic. It has not weather that great overtime and that’s probably because I should’ve done more coats of a clear coat to protect it.

I have watched a few of your vids the 2 days. I just got a 2025 gladiator anvil. It has like cloth instead of the red. So looking at this and those amazon special stickers just think it’s not going to stick to the cloth. I’m wanting to do a 9-11 memorial jeep. On a normal person jeep. I have some items in cart ;0). That's a great deal. When I got my '22 Rubicon XR in Hydro Blue, I hated the red dash panels. Looked like Superman. I bought the dark metallic gray dash panels from MOPAR ("Instrument Panel Bezel - 6AB21WAZAA for $143 and Passenger Air Bag Door - 6AB28WAZAD for$128) like on the 392, so I was in for around $300. Sold my takeoffs for about that and was able to recoup all of my money. Had I known about this company I would have definitely considered them too.

I want to do this eventually with my Reign Purple Wrangler, but considering I just got them to lift the full restriction they had placed my factory warranty, I am not gonna push any more buttons right now 😆 Also, just an FYI with those magnetic rings, if you use wireless charging for your iPhone, before you 3M VHB that magnet to the case, just place it on without adhesive and make sure your wireless charger will still work with the added thickness. The wireless chargers are pretty finicky about the thickness of the material between the phone, and the case plus the magnet ring might be too much and could cause issues charging, so better to test it first.

Eh. I’m probably not gonna do it. Exterior is sting grey. I like the flat red. If I had a brighter exterior color I’d probably want to do it. It looks good with the high velocity though. I don’t think I’d like the gloss paint though. The less that can reflect the sun into my eyes the better. I hate any interior chrome for that reason. I’m not sure gloss wouldn’t be a problem.

Looks really good and cool video! My dash on my Overland is a grey metallic. I bought some blue metallic metal stick on vent cover rings off of Amazon. I love them. They are a close match to Hydro Blue. Wish I could show you a picture of it. The chrome on the front of my steering wheel is ok. I do notice the round chrome strip on top of the steering wheel reflects on to my windshield when the sun hits it just right. I am curious Matt are going to the Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion at the end of August? I am going for the last 2 days.

Cool stuff, but ridiculous prices. Are you shipping them your trim pieces and they paint them or they selling you whole new trim pieces painted? I mean sure they've been doing it for a while, but I could do that painting myself for about 50 bucks.

They send you these panels and then you can return yours for a core charge, I would say that to get a quality matched paint with DIY materials would cost in the 75-100 range with primer, paint, sand paper, clear coat, etc. And then there's the chance you don't get a perfect finish, plus your jeep is down for a day or two.

Thanks for the post, I will look into doing this for my gladiator. I do want to say that (IMO) going forward if you want your channel to be better/stronger/more helpful you should put in the effort to explain what you are presenting entirely. Not showing the process behind the drivers side, which arguably is the most important, is kind of lazy on your part. I subscribe to channels who delve into the details. You do a great job of that regarding the order process, options, etc. but felt this video was lacking just a bit.

Thanks for the comment, to be honest I didn't show the passenger side due to the airbag, I do not want someone to repeat the process and have an issue, its something that should be left to the professionals. I'm happy with how this video turned out, no laziness in this production, we are a very positive channel with a good community, and I respond to all of our viewers, it takes quite a bit of work to build, maintain and run a channel.
