It broke my heart to watch his health failing him as he aged. You start seeing someone you love getting ready to leave this lifetime, it can really make you appreciate the amount of time you’ve had with them! I miss you , Justin! Hope you’re cooking up some flaming hot Cajun food for God!

Wonderful Southern Chef...Handsome young man...graceful old man as he aged. I watched him like clock work years back. He is now part and parcel of the rich Southern way of cooking. I still make his Cajun Corn Bread...probably going on forty years now.

It is somewhat sobering to see him in his later years after he slowed down so much getting older. But he was/is STILL enjoyable to watch.

His auto accident earlier in life really affected his feet in the later years, he always used a cane.

You can really tell that Justin was getting old here. He goofed up his flea joke. Through the original joke, the scientist kept saying "Jump!" as he pulled the legs off the flea, and when he pulled off the last leg and it didn't jump, the real punchline was "When you pull all the legs off a flea, he can't hear a damn t'ing." I guess Justin just forgot it. But, that happens... I appreciate him trying.
