Great job at making a complex dish look easy! It looks awesome, and I hope Flatcap didn't eat too much and get a bellyache, because I probably would. Thanks for another recipe, with easy to follow, but direct directions. Catching crayfish is fun, and you and Flatcap should try it. I like to think I'm an expert at catching all things out of the water even when I'm probably not. Taking the meat out is a different story, but I'm glad to see you using lots of protein. @wheelchairhillbilly Thank you so very much for your input. One thing I like doing is shucking oysters 🦪 for flat cap. I need to try doing oysters Rockefeller. I love seafood, the fresher the better!

Hey Lady Fire, I missed your live show today, but I just watched it and it was awesome! I love crayfish, but they're not easy to find here in Toronto. I'm gonna try to make your recipe though, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Thanks for sharing, Jim from Canada
