Can't wait to try this out. You know what would be good? When you take them out of the oven and while they're still warm, put a small indent in the center with either the backside of a tablespoon measuring spoon or a shot glass and fill that with preserves or jelly or chocolate.

Such another great recipe from the Dynamic Duo. Can’t wait to try these as well. Two little advice tricks, 1 save the cup from the icing from the Grands Cinnamon Buns frosting makes a great tool in the kitchen and second, you’re in Fla. the humidity makes things harder to mix in the far south. Needs more liquid. Maybe creaming the butter first might have helped quite a bit. Either way these looks delicious. I plan on making minis to take to work for co-workers. Hello from Eau Claire, WI just wanted to tell yall I made these the first time and didn't realize I had butter cresent rolls I just saw grand cresent well it was a bust. So this time I learned my lesson. Turned out Wonderful. I just made again I took a can of lemon pie filling an 8oz cream cheese mixed it together put that in the middle baked then the glaze I made like you just added a drop of lemon extract (I love lemon) drizzled over. Now that was alittle heaven right here on earth!!! Thank you for all the great food. Tom I still laugh every time I watch the bbq chicken sandwichs . When you said if you want to use REAL chicken. It was real nice to hear you guys laugh. God sure is proud of you guys.

I make these once a week, the only thing I do differently is add a jam (blueberry, fig or strawberry) on top of the cream cheese then glaze when cooled as you do. Delicious. P.S. I giggled when reading your recipe when it says Diving instead of dividing. True to being in Florida.

I bet that sugar cookie dough would be great to make these danish, I have a roll in my freezer that my hubby bought by mistake. 7/18/24 Made this today for breakfast and WOW this is awesome and so easy. I halved the recipe using only 1 can crescent roll dough. It made 10 Danish Bites(sorry I didn't make the whole recipe). I didn’t make the glaze, instead, I put 3 fresh blueberries on each since this is blueberry week and I had them on hand. Just love your recipes, love the way you explain them and love the history you give to each recipe. Melissa is a great videographer and taste tester too.💌😋 Thank you for sharing!

You can also add a teaspoon of pie filling, apple, blueberry or cherry on top of the cream cheese. Then apply your icing on top. 🤤🤤. These are the individual cream cheese danishes my grandson made for his great grandma for Christmas. Instead of the two flat sheets of dough. Thank you both again for the recipes.

Fruit definitely pairs well with these Danishes. We like to add fresh fruit as a side to them but I would think adding the preserves on top before baking would work.
