I am currently doing this one! I gotta say I'm soooo relieved I made it past the ears though. I normally can work with a magic ring, BUT, magic rings with plushy yarn make me want to cry. I just can't get them to work!! I had to use a ring made of chains and even like that it was kind of tricky.

You can also use black yarn and sew the eyes instead of using safety eyes. It's similar like you do it with the mouth, just a round shape for one eye. I hope this helped you. Maybe there are some tutorials on KZbin as well. And sorry for my bad english. XD

You can use any yarn you like, just make sure to match the hook to the yarn. On the yarn label it usually recommends the hook size

9sc, then an inc, which gives you 11, 3 times is 33 all around. The stitch that you use to join counts as the first, like she said, which is where the 8 came from because it’s 8 more on the first ear, to get you to the first 9 since you already did one to join.
