Sweetie, I just found you, I like your channel. It's confusing to me, that you do both, yarn overs, and yarn unders. However, this old lady is open to new ways and why not, it helps my brain stay alert. I've actually tried that on occasion, but doesn't quite take. Lol. Anyways, since you seem to wanna learn, I recommend you watch Crystal from Bag-O-Day, she's quite knowledgeable, heck, even I've learned from her. That's what's so great about crochet, you never stop learning and that keeps it fresh. Blessings y'all! 🐱🌸

If only I could see your work clearly. You should show your work more often. Wish I could crochet this. It looks beautiful.

I’m a little confused. So your original used Spinesse which is a #3 DK, using 2 strands together ( which is essentially about equal to a med #4 ) and 7 mm hook, Then you suggest using Yarntopia which is a #2 fine weight - but only 1 strand and still suggest 7 mm hook? That’s quite a difference. Or were you just using one strand for demo? Thanks

Just discovered your channel. Love the scarf/shawl. Just a bit confused as to why you called what I assume to be the center a "corner"? Thanks for sharing.

I really love this. How much wool do you need? In grams and meters?
@milliebydesign29863 жыл бұрын
I am not sure about grams but you will probably need just about 780 meters of your yarn of choice.

How much wool do you need to make this lovely scarf? Grams and meters?
@justdi33473 жыл бұрын
@@angelaschapiro4268 Hi Angela! I just put the equivalents in my phone. Another comment asked too. She said 780 meters is needed, so I also converted it to yards and it about 854 yards. Hope that helps. It is such a beautiful scarf. I just found her channel.

Appreciate your efforts, and it’s a beautiful shawl, but your instructions are a little confusing, and it’s frequently hard to see what you’re doing. Will def try making this shawl. Also, the amount of Yarntopia yarn you said was needed, is way more than the amount you replied in the comments. 5 or 6 skeins of Yarntopia is between 1500 and 1800 yards, over twice what you said was needed in the comments section. Very confusing, especially to beginners.

Is there a written pattern
@milliebydesign29863 жыл бұрын
I do not currently have a written pattern but when I do, I will make sure to add it to the description! :)

Pretty but a little confusing ...a written pattern would be great. The "backwards" single crochet is called Crab Stitch.
@grannyvroomvroom25233 жыл бұрын
Lovely pattern but instructions are very confusing with incorrect term "corner", for what is actually the "center", not a corner.
@raenedell43603 жыл бұрын
Many patterns have mistakes on You Tube. It’s a beautiful pattern. Glad others have made it and passed along the corrections.

Ok just started making this shawl n im disappointed cz you're not clear on some stitches n you speed up. For beginners its not an easy shawl😢
