HI SWEETIE!!Yummmmy.ooo the farm house smells delightful. I also made some heavy cream with my fruit some whole some blended with the heavy cream as a dip and of course real Canadian Maple syrup over the top.i had to make 2 of these because my friends and there kids came over for breakfast and I was showing off. Good Day Chef, I can't believe the timing of this dish. Last Monday I bought a box of ''Day Old'' mini croissants and made something very similar. I rough chopped the croissants and used a variety of diced apples 🍎 with the same seasonings. I confess that I did use some pancake syrup instead of the maple syrup. I also used loaf pans not a casserole dish. Came out delicious. But when I shared some with my neighbors they were amazed by it. They are from the Dominican Republic and never had this B4. I tried my best to explain how to make it but my Spanish is so-so . My neighbor borrowed a phone from his daughter and it has a translator app and his wife wrote down the recipe. I joked and told them that now they have to make one for me. 😊 Food unites us all. 💙💛🙏4✌💛💙Dio Ti Benedica Bella Panettiera 🌷🌷🌷

@@TatyanasEverydayFood Good Sunday Chef. I was cooking at 5yrs old, nothing fancy just scrambled eggs and toast. All I did was watch my mom. I wish I could still work, I truly miss it. After 40+yrs those 10hr days are a little hard with bad knees. Still doing the cheesecakes and now I have the time to make nice food for myself. There is an old saying that goes, ''Thank you Lord for the food on the table but Thank You more for those around it''. Those croissants really add a nice flavor to the dish.
