That sounds so yummy. I love gnocchi but I find it a bit rich when done in a heavy cream sauce. I will try it this way but if it’s too heavy I will modify it with using some lite cream.

Yes, I know what you mean. Oftentimes gnocchi will be in a really thick, rich, cream sauce. I find this sauce to be not too rich--hope you like it!
