How to make FRIED CABBAGE AND BACON / With Carrots ❤

FRIED CABBAGE WITH BACON is not only delicious but it's easy to do, it can be eaten as a main meal or as a side dish and is sure to please. It can be shredded or cut into big pieces and made stove top or oven baked, you can use the bacon grease or butter and can also leave the bacon out and substitute it with a meat substitute for non meat eaters. it is an inexpensive dish that many people don't think of preparing, but once it's served it is hard to put down.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 medium to large cabbage
5 slices thick cut bacon
1/2 large onion (chopped)
2 green onions (white and green)
2 medium carrots (diced)
2 large garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 - 1/2 C. water
1/2 tsp salt
lemon pepper (to your liking)
pepper flakes (optional to your liking)

Yumolicious is the word I've come up to describe this wonderful plate of food! I love fried cabbage and I truly love your version of it dear amiga. Love the addition of the paprika and carrots especially. And for Johnny's version I just leave out the bacon for his half. Thank for this as I'm always thinking of different dishes to make for dinner and this one will make an excellent side dish. Where in the world have I been? I was looking for new fried cabbage recipes when I came across you. So I watched your video and let me tell you darlin, I will be making this dish for dinner tonite!
