If you use the new Cascade pod tabs, the ones with the different colors, they clean all of the hard water spots. I have very hard water so the dishwasher looked like one big chaulk box and now it is sparkling clean.

Barkeeper's friend for the sink!!! The "cleanser" powder is life changing especially if you have other stainless steel pots & pans that have that "carbonized oil mystery staining" going on

I love the stuff! I also use it on the inside of my shower and the glass shower door. It cleans better and prevents build up and spotting longer than anything else I have used in my 65 years.

A degreaser is usually a base and vinegar is an acid. Mixing a degreaser with vinegar actually neutralizes those products and they both lose their cleaning abilities. You can mix degreaser with alcohol instead or just use vinegar.

A good cleaner is 70% alcohol, some dish soap(lots of ppl like Dawn, but I’ve had success with the big bottle of Target brand blue dish soap to save some pennies) some water and optional essential oils. Look up some recipes, I promise it’s so easy.

To get hard water off of faucets, fill a zip lock with some white vinegar, and submerge the faucets head in the bag. Rubber band it in place and let it sit over night. I live somewhere with CRAZY hard water, and this works dreams every time

Tip I just learned, buy washing machine tablets. They clean washing machines really good. But I hand cleaned the filter on my dishwasher, then threw in a tablet and ran an empty cycle and it was sparkling clean after.
