That's a great design. I wish you would tell us the size pump your using and show it working. And maybe you will later on in the build I hope so. Thanks for sharing. And I subscribed to your channel.✌️👍

What size tank are you thinking about putting it on or size pond?

@markfranklin8831 awesome. If you get the same pump, it will turn the water over in the aquarium or pond 6xs it's kinda overkill for filtration, but you can never have enough filtration, especially if you get monsterfish lol 😆. Ide suggest cleaning the filter 4xs a year depending on how heavy you feed.

How does the bucket help out with waterchanges? I'm interested, and it was a good learning
@PONDSAGA55 ай бұрын
GREAT QUESTION!! Make sure you subscribe and set your alerts for my future updates if you haven't already 😉. To answer your question, you simply open up the drain out valve to let water out of the tank instead of connecting an extra pond pump. I hope that answers your question 👍

You like the 45 degree in the bucket I could only find 90 where I’m at

Hey bro what size is the part from the air pump? And what size male adapter? Do you have it screwed basicallly upside down? Like the threaded end is in the pvc 1in right? Not quite understanding how it’s snug in the 3/4 and the 1in pvc
@PONDSAGA55 ай бұрын
Can't quite remember, but depending on what type of pump you get it will tell you the specs on the sizes of the connection pieces and then you just get the pvc size that fits which ever piece you decide to use. Also I'm not using threaded pvc pipe, the pvc pipe is 1nch and so is the adapter hope that answers your question.
@dustymarc7115 ай бұрын
Yea I gotcha I’m using the same exact set up just at 11:57 not sure how the male adapter is fitting the 3/4 and the 1 inch sorry man I’m new to this kinda stuff I was thinking you siliconed it or pvc glued it
@dustymarc7115 ай бұрын
And at 5:04 looks like you went with 1in socket and socket on the 45 degree I had mistaken them for socket and sprigot
