The biggest Ahaa moment right off the bat. I am not sure why I have never seen anyone use the skewer to wrap the wool around in any of the many guides and tutorials I've seen over the last year but I think this will be (Bee) the game changer for me doing needle felting. Thank you from the bottom of my frustrated craftful heart.

Thank you so much. Have a look at my mushroom tutorial. It will be a total game changer for you and I try and use it in my tutorials wherever possible. It takes so much frustration out of creating great, firm shapes. Especially if you don't want to use wire.🙂

Hi I'm new to felting. Just did my first two beginner kits. What's the difference between the wool you are using and the roving wool I was supplied in my kit? Cost? Ease of use? Shine?

Are they my kits? What did you make? I always use the best wool for each new kit design. Some of my kits use only coarse wool tops/roving. Others I use carded wool and some, a mix of both. @@thefelthub Hi. It was a lot called so crafty. I got them just before Christmas in Aldi. They were sea life. A star fish and a sea horse and an octopus and a whale. But because I decided to make it for my Granddaughter in Aussie I made up a blue stinging jelly fish. Too and beaded them together. I love how it turned out. And might consider doing more now and then. I'm usually painting and card making.
