I love everything about this tutorial! Thank you! 1)I like your tip about putting a nail in the center of the chair rail then leveling out the sides and nailing. This was a point that was holding me back thinking I needed 2 people. 2) all the detailed good tutorials are in the UK or Canada, I assume you're in the states since you mentioned Lowes and materials I can get from my local store. 3) you're showing this done on builder grade textured walls and it looks good, another push for me doing mine and 4)The details!!!!
