One tuning that I like to use a lot is DADGCC. Leaving the two C strings open while playing power chord shapes on the lower strings makes a nice dreamy chorus effect!

Great video man! Open tunings are so amazing. I personally like to play Math Rock/Mid-West Emo stuff in FACGCE. Oh and nice guitar ya got there too.

If you mean the white Sqier Jag.. That's the one hanging behind me. I modified it with the sample player and we decided to craft a new body for it so the sampler would fit in. That's why it's purple now.

@@The_RedVIII Definitily. I love their production and melodies like "Good Song" or "Jets" .. But some stuff some song from their early albums sounded a bit like My Bloody Valentine and I think this is why I connected to MBV in the first place.

BTW, did you listen to the album Black Aura My Sun by Deserta? I'm absolutely obsessed with it and think it's one of the best albums of 2020. Not enough people are talking about it. I would love to know which synths he is using for example.
