I loved it! This is far the easiest and quickest way to have an Edwardian look, without curly hair and teasing and complicated things. My hair is very straight and I don't have the time to curl it every time. So thank you! 😘 I'm subscribing to your channel right now.

I guess just buy a cheap wig and twist it and tape it off or smth (I won't go into detail cause I have a few solutions), you can get a elastic headband that's really big (or anything stretchy) and wrap hair extensions or your hair colour cloth until you get a thick enough band and secure with thread, sewing or hot glue idk, you can get a piece of foam and repeat the above idea at the second half (wrapping hair, secure with thread etc) and many more that you could probably improvise yourself. I would type out a more professional step by step but I'm tired and I don't think it's necessary.

Gorgeous, but really, take a few extra moments to tuck those ends in, they would never be left out like that. It is also entirely possible to roll the entire length of hair around the donut, using the sock bun method. This would result in tucked in ends and a larger bun!

Up to the age of 23 I had very hair down to the bottom of my spine. My. Grandmother (who would have been 122yrs old now) showed me how to stuff a nylon stocking and tie it off into a ring and use this to do similar and much more ornate hair styles. Beatrice, my Grandmother, had a sister, Eugenie, who was a Lady's Maid. These names were quite common in the era they were born in England. My Mother wept when we girls cut our hair short-guess it's a "Mother" thing 🤗
