Go for it 😊 you can get crochet hook sets really cheap (go for ones with a rubber handle). It will be tricky at first, but then one day it just clicks into place and once you start, you won’t stop 😂

Is there an alternative to the slip stitches? I'm finding it difficult to insert my hook in to them and it slows me down.

could I use a super bulky poly yarn for this too?

Can you make a crochet bucket hat? Please make the video, i enjoy your vid❤️
@paigelicursi80744 жыл бұрын
just made this hat- I recommend you shorten the number of slit stitches you do originally, from 11 to something shorter because it sticks out a little at the top and looks awkward

Hi Paige, if you're following the correct gauge and sewing the beanie closed really tight, you should have a smoothly tapered beanie :) Grace

I'm really having trouble with the 3rd row; my 10 slip stitches don't let me see them right 😭
@forthefrills4 жыл бұрын
Turn your work so the tops of the stitches are facing you and then work into the row on the top! It's the easiest way to make sure you're crocheting into the right row :)
