Honey Mustard Baked Chicken:
Ingredients:
2 pounds Uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast(about 3 large breasts)
1⁄4 cup Honey
1⁄4 cup Lakanto Brown monkfruit sweetener with erythritol(or no calorie/pt sugar substitute of your choice)
2 Tbsp Olive oil
5 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Mustard
1⁄2 tsp Paprika
1⁄4 tsp Table salt
1⁄4 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Minced garlic
1 tsp Dried parsley
1 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1⁄2 tsp Granulated garlic
Spray a 13X9 inch casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside. Take your chicken breasts and cut them in half, length wise, and place in casserole dish. In a medium bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir together well. Pour on top of chicken and spread evenly, making sure to cover all the chicken. Bake uncovered at 375F for about 25-35 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temp of 165F.

Air Fyer Roasted red potatoes:
1 1⁄2 pounds Petite red potatoes
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Granulated garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1⁄4 tsp Table salt
1⁄4 tsp Black pepper
Wash and cut potatoes into bite sized pieces. Add to a large bowl and add remaining ingredients. Stir until potatoes are well coated. Air fry at 400F for 12-15 minutes. You can also bake them at 400F for about 30 minutes.

Hi, Alicia! I like that one-skillet meal. Like you said, it's always nice when you don't have much to clean up after cooking, haha I have actually never cooked with ground turkey. I will have to try that--same with that poppyseed dressing. The taco soup looks good as well. So nice to know it's only 1 point. That honey mustard chicken bake turned out very nice. I like chicken strips and order honey mustard at restaurants, too (your husband is smart, haha!), so I think I would like that bake. The potatoes turned out very well in the air fryer--once again, I need an air fryer. Thanks for sharing these great Weight Watchers recipes! The roses look great--I'm sure they're pretty in person with the darker shade, too.

I know WW just got rid of their website (so you can't access anything on a computer) and everything now has to be done through the app!! Are you trying the link on Your phone or a computer?

Good morning Alicia. I have to make this Chicken and Potato meal! Honey mustard is one of my favorites. Looks like a sweet and savory meal yum. Thanks for the zero point soup recipe.
