Honey Mustard Baked Chicken:
Ingredients:
2 pounds Uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast(about 3 large breasts)
1⁄4 cup Honey
1⁄4 cup Lakanto Brown monkfruit sweetener with erythritol(or no calorie/pt sugar substitute of your choice)
2 Tbsp Olive oil
5 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Mustard
1⁄2 tsp Paprika
1⁄4 tsp Table salt
1⁄4 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Minced garlic
1 tsp Dried parsley
1 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1⁄2 tsp Granulated garlic
Spray a 13X9 inch casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside. Take your chicken breasts and cut them in half, length wise, and place in casserole dish. In a medium bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir together well. Pour on top of chicken and spread evenly, making sure to cover all the chicken. Bake uncovered at 375F for about 25-35 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temp of 165F.

Air Fyer Roasted red potatoes:
1 1⁄2 pounds Petite red potatoes
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Granulated garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1⁄4 tsp Table salt
1⁄4 tsp Black pepper
Wash and cut potatoes into bite sized pieces. Add to a large bowl and add remaining ingredients. Stir until potatoes are well coated. Air fry at 400F for 12-15 minutes. You can also bake them at 400F for about 30 minutes.
