Thanks for the advice, massive help. We was having the same issue on our last trip out in our caravan, after 4 years of owning water was coming in around the two front windows! I am collecting it from the barn on Friday so before I start to re-seal all the joints I am going to check those screws 1st... Did not even think about the screws above the windows was looking at all the joints Thanks again

@Waterboy76 more than welcome I would say 90% of the time that's the issue, so hopefully it's a quick fix for you to, can you keep us informed of how you get on ? Cheers Mick 👍

@Mickoutdoors just a quick update, I totally removed the front three windows but all of the screws was fully tight already, I have resealed them and replaced. My issue was the tops of the rubber window seals, they had come away from both sides of the caravan leaving a small gap for water to run into and travel down the inside of the seals. Now glued and sealed up and now not one drop of water coming in.. so happy! Thanks again

Hi Mick, great video. We have 2005 swift 2 berth and there’s a bit of damp getting in the front, window seals look good and I have tried to seal the top strip above the windows. Still seems wet and cold though. Where do you think it could be getting in from? It’s not too bad btw. Just want to catch it before it does. Cheers Mick

@sthol7408 hiya and thanks for commenting, tbh there's not a lot of places it can get into from the front, obviously your window seals, but if it's not the tracks, it really only leaves the awning rail ? So I would check and reseal those, and check your bodywork has no cracks also, it can be a pain trying to find but once found it's normally quite easy to repair 👍

I'm a backpack away from a full kit, you should look into Utah public camping areas, tell me a place closer to Salt Lake City and I'll go visit for ya once or weather permits!
