Great video. Had to do the same repair recently. I found the window was not sealed properly from manufacture. Disappointing as you would think jayco would have this as a high quality control step in their construction process.

Thankyou. Its very disappointing and totally agree with you, i cant believe they use the putty type material to seal and expect it to last. Says a lot for their quality control, and feel sorry for the people that don't realise its happening in their van until its to late.

Thanks for the video Brad. Well done 👏 we have also had the same problem recently in our Starcraft. All windows being taken out and resealed. Would it pay you to check the rest of your windows? Thankyou so much for your great comment, it means a lot and glad you are enjoying the videos. I have checked all the other windows and resealed them all to avoid any future issues. Once the putty type material starts hardening and breaking down on the outside, the water will come straight in. Very disappointing from Jayco but will have no more leaks now.
