Easy fix XBOX360 SLIM power and eject turn off by itself

This fix applied to XBOX360 SLIM with a problem below :
keeps beeping a sound
DVD tray open-close itself
POWER off itself unintentionally
the eject/power button too sensitive (it triggered when our finger or hand close to faceplate

before doing this fixing tutorial, i suggest you to cleanup your xbox first, cleaning dust or whatever around power button and eject button using a brush, if it's good, then you dont need this fix.
This fix not solve the problem 100%, but it safe to say around 95%. Sometimes you maybe still hear a beep.
