Some of my favorite colors love combination of Blues and greens you are very talented I wish I had that kind of talent and Imagination and a steady hand I just always seem to have a creative block even after watching beautiful videos like this this is the type of art I've always wanted to get into to just relax and enjoy I've always wanted to do those reverse coloring books and let my imagination go but it just always seems out of my reach or ability or ability

I totally understand how you feel - creative blocks can be tough, but the fact that you're interested and open to exploring is already a great step. Art doesn't have to be perfect, and sometimes just playing around with colors and techniques can unlock that flow. Reverse coloring books are a wonderful way to start - they give you a little direction while leaving plenty of room for your imagination. 😊🎨

I use the starfish plate really only because I like it. The textured base doesn’t have any impact on my mixing colors. It’s just fun. 😃

Thank you so much for your nice comment! There is no meaning other than I see objects all around me with personality. In this painting I gave the flowers a personality where I feel like they are screaming happiness. That is how I see flowers in the real world. My art comes from what I interpret from the things around me and its all about bringing their lively spirits to life.

Hi there! I am not sure, they are just from my stash of years of collecting paintbrushes. So various brands and types. But they are all synthetic watercolor brushes. Nothing expensive. Mostly found at the local craft stores.

The paints are part of a set by Prima, the colors are Algae, Seaside and Blue Whale. They are not sold individually as far as I could find. Which is unfortunate because I have worn down the color Seaside to almost nothing left and would love to just replace that one color. I looked for you and found the set on Amazon from another seller and I just changed the link in my description if that helps you find it. Happy Painting!

Hi there! I do have a plan going in. But I do a ton of stuff in my sketchbook that I then use bits and pieces of to create other things. Yes and often I do sit for a few minutes and think about what to do next. I highly suggest a sketchbook to play in.
