die erste, also sehr dünne buttercream schicht, nennt man Crumcoat (=Bröselmantel). Das ist, damit dann bei den nächsten Schichten keine Krümel bzw. Kuchenstücke abfallen.

Hi, I stumbled across your video, while watching owl cakes. I like your video and 👍from me. Just a question, I have made four 7" round red velvet cakes for a project which I had in mind. However, I changed my mind and I wanted to make an owl like this. Do you think I can stack my round cakes and cut to this shape.
