When the temporary mount becomes permanent... Stick some dielectric grease in the usb port, I do that on my fpv drones so I don't short the flight controller out in wet weather and so the port doesn't end up corroded.

Good idea. Polarising filters can cause your dark screen recordings if you used any.

Wow that's a nice ride. How's the suspension I had the GPX 250 and I did notice when I push did a bit The suspension seem to get worse like oil cavitation or some other issue The Kove looked pretty solid

The Kove suspension so far is really, really good. I only have about 150 miles on it so far, but so far, so good.

looks fricken awesome. But just like the Aprilia Tuareg 660, the support here int eh USA is not up to par. I am in the market for a new ride though. I am keeping my DRZ400 for sure. When the motor finally gives up on me, I will replace the engine. Its been my favorite bike I have ever owned in my 35 years of riding. with 53,000 miles and runs better now than when I bought it new. I like new bikes coming into the market, but still need to wait a bit before dumping $10k at a new bike. as there is an Aprilia dealer near me already. I'm kind of focused on the 660 myself. but this is a nice addition to the market.

I can only imagine marketing departments around the globe are watching carefully. It has cost me nearly 14k to do a Beta 500 rally build-out sans tablet. Could a new trend be developing?

Do you have a polarizing filter on the camera? That might explain why the screens are darker on camera than to the eye.

Nice Ride - Very Dakar'esk Great idea for a tablet mount - So Simple So functional - I will use it for my vehicle mount when I get the new iPad mini when it comes out shortly in lieu of buy the RAM specific mount. I'm not sure if this happened with your Tablet. But I mounted my iPad mini to a bike (Super Duke)15 years ago. & for the most part in warmer sunny weather it got to hot way to fast & shut itself off. I shut itself the F off. Sooooo I didn't mount it to my bike anymore. FYI the Mini has simply been the Best (the BEST)vehicle GPS for all these years. Bike mount - Not so Much... My 2 cents

i need the bike first before i can mount anything :/ unfortunately not gonna happend here in Asia, i wrote with KOVE already. Your Videos are nice but this wobbling of your arms or fingerpointing is disturbing If you point on something with your cam, why point your fingers on it too?

Not that funny. Indian was dead, Harley was nearly dead and was importing crap from Italy. Easy to see why Honda, Yamaha, Bridgestone Suzuki and the desert race bikes from Japan made it here so easy. I'm not in love with China right now either. By the way where can I get parts for these great bikes in Northwest Wisconsin?@@inrptn
