Thank you SO much for the suggestion of the peg markers, it has saved me a couple times from messing up my pattern!

I’ve made 2 hats with this pattern. Both with bulky yarn. Going to use two strands of worsted for the third hat or maybe more. They work up really quick on the 48 peg loom. Thank you for making your video it’s much appreciated

Just finished this hat ❤ what a lovely big chunky brim it has 😁, I do think I'll make the next one 10 rows less though as it might be a bit too big and chunky for some (I'm loving it). Thanks for another great tutorial 🧶

Yay! I’ve made 3 of your hats (with pom poms) from your other loom-knit hat tutorial (pom poms from your tutorial too 😊) and they turned out great! Can’t wait to try this one! I learned the knit/purl from your slipper sock tutorial but am excited to learn the u-wrap with this one! Keep the great tutorials coming! ❤️😊

Is there a benefit to using two pieces of yarn versus a thicker one? I made this hat for my daughter’s softball teammates and they all loved it! It really is a super cozy style.
@ketchupmonkeyy Жыл бұрын
I would say it's probably more cost effective

I just wanted to demonstrate using 2 strands of worsted weight since my other loom knit beanies are made with thicker yarn- it really doesn't matter! Wow you made enough for the whole team- that's awesome!! 😊 Thanks for stopping by!

Yea sometimes you can find worsted weight yarn for cheaper for sure

@@YarnStash Yes, I made 12 total in about 5 weeks while I was recovering from surgery. I learned how to loom knit by watching your videos and this was the first style I tried. It’s a huge hit with friends and family, we all love it!

I just bought a loom set. Unfortunately, my large loom is 41. The others seem to be odd pegs too. This will be my first time trying to make a hat. I love your video. Instructions are easy to follow and love your tips. How can I make it work with odd number pegs? Will I need to buy another? I appreciate any advice. Tammy
@YarnStash2 ай бұрын
You can do it the same way even with a different number of pegs 😊

Hello I like this easy loom hat pattern! I would like to use a bulky yarn for this - would that work also? Thank you
@YarnStash Жыл бұрын
Yes that would work fine, just use one strand instead of two 😊

Hi just wondering why do I have the first two rows on the left side always come out looser, then the rest of the rows.

Why aren’t we folding the brim and stitching it so it doesn’t come apart like in the tutorial where you made the blue/green hat? :(
