We plan to produce many such videos. And I will remember your advice. Our idea is like this: it is easier to see many short videos explaining some grammatical theme than to see one longer video many times. (which would be boring, I seldom see one video twice) And I'm going to ask many different people to host those videos for us.

Paulo Flores you just gotta supplement it with other things, find simple german books or watch german dubs of movies you've memorized in your language, it takes time and even I didn't think I'd understand as much (little..) as I do. try to watch other german teaching channels like german with Jenny or deutsch für euch, etc. you'll get there, just keep going! everything you learn feels rewarding
@pauloflores6378 жыл бұрын
Thanks, I'll check out other channels as you suggested. I'm very interested in german, what cool language.
@hestia1658 жыл бұрын
Paulo Flores after 100+ day spent with duolingo, i can claim that every day you get punched with loads of words that are maybe from real life, but actually learning all of them is useless and maybe even harmful, because in the meantime you may forget about grammar and much more important vocabulary. but except Duo and memrise I can't find a sensible alternative, since I have streaks and still, knowing some vocabulary is mandatory ;)

I know! People think its ugly and I don't know why! English is uglier! I once heard a quote that went something like this. The English language is basically the German language, but beaten, abused, and left in the road to die. I don't know where I heard it though.
@caesar48579 жыл бұрын
+Zach Johnson That describes English very well haha it's pretty much spot on! I don't understand why some people think German language is ugly, disgusting or even unattractive
@zachary10779 жыл бұрын
German just has sounds like 'ch' and the 'r' sound that a lot of people don't like.
@ZVEKOfficial8 жыл бұрын
How is the English language " Beaten , abused , and left on the road to die" ? The german language sounds more rough and barbaric to be quite honest , especially the "ch and r" sounds. I don't have anything against German but saying that English is "what you said above " is totally not true

That is the point though. You have to keep repeating and you will start to pick out the words and get used to the speed.
@alkevinzmedia9 жыл бұрын
Its better to learn it this way. It gets stuck to your brain faster and you will pick up more phrase lines. If its slower your learning side of the brain loses order and conjugation. When fast spoken you pick up more and gets secretly stored in your brain. But people to people differ.
@sergio1994079 жыл бұрын
yeah but if it was a tad s;ower and then they said it at normal speed it would be perfect for me cuz right now it sounds like "ibivbviv fiebvievbevnevieur" lol
