In this video I demonstrate how to make a simple graham cracker crust. This is an easy crust which works well with many pies but especially for refrigerator pies.
Graham Cracker Crust
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 unsalted butter (melted)
In a small bowl combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Add melted butter and mix with fork until all crumbs are moistened with butter. Spread crumb mixture in a 9 inch pie plate. Press mixture onto the sides and bottoms of the pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees F for 6-8 minutes or refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Cool.
