Before changing any parts please check the drain hose. My washing machine the drain hose clogged wth dirt that causes error code U11.

In the event your rod drop out. You just have to hook the rob back in place. It will be back in balance again. Mine didn't drop out so I didn't have video clip on hooking back 🙏

No need to buy one whole set of drain stopper. You can get the rubber stopper from washing machine spare pare shop

Hi, i went to the bedok area panasonic www.panasonic.com/sg/support/customer-care-centre.html I think online platform like shopee, lazada do sell. I have yet to find any hardware shop locally that sell this parts. If you find it hope you can share with me too :)

Hi checked the motor and drain it works Spinning with water ok Draining ok Spin dryer not working The water drains properly and the motor for drain works. Not sure what is the issue

Hi, When you start your spin cycle and look at the bottom. Does the drain motor retract and water escape from the machine?
