Nicely done man. I'm in Canada and we can't seem to get the slow bluing solutions here and they can't be shipped from the US across the border. Cold bluing seems like my only option and after watching so many other hacks here on KZbin getting patchy results I was beginning to think I shouldn't even try it but now I can see it is possible. Thanks a bunch.

Es muy fácil de hacer. Usé las almohadillas Scotch-Brite de Walmart para eliminar cualquier acabado oxidado y malo. límpielo con alcohol isopropílico para quitar el polvo. Brownells vende el producto azul oxpho. Las instrucciones están con el producto. Moje el paño con azul oxpho y cubra el cañón donde permanecerá húmedo durante unos 60 segundos. Después de 60 segundos, frote con un paño limpio. Luego, haga otras dos capas pequeñas y límpielas una vez que las haya cubierto por completo. haz esto hasta que esté tan oscuro como quisieras. Solo sé que ciertas palabras en español de la estructura de las oraciones de la escuela secundaria son muy malas, por lo que usar la ayuda de un traductor si esto no se puede leer, hágamelo saber e intentaré nuevamente

HOw's it stack up to the BIrchwood-Casey cold blue? IK with my milsurps and any oil removal, the BW gun scrubber is potent but you get that fume buzz and it dries FAST and clean. Lemme know!

Do you have to heat the barrel before each coat?

Heating is not required but yes I between each coat just warm it up you don't want it burning your fingers it so hot.

heating metal helps but warming the blueing solution on like a candle warmer does wonders 2 just be sure not to breath it in plenty of ventilation is required but well worth it
