If you do not have a long arm stapler, open up your regular stapler and staple on the fold but put an eraser or something soft underneath. The staple will go through the paper but not fold up the legs. Pull the legs out of the eraser and manually fold over them over. Hope this makes sense.

Lovely idea. It might help to bulldog clip your papers and cover together while you are stapling them so they don't slip

Coul$n5 you measure the paper to the score line then measure out that on the stapler and make a temporary mark. Too much fuss otherwise

if your paper is 12 inches why not mark the centre of your paper at 6 and stapel at he 6 inch make. By the way your nails are lovely
