Where can I purchase receivers and the tool to put them in my Siemens Pure hearing aids

You can typically purchase these from the provider who sold you the hearing aids. If not, there may be some online channels but I would stick to your provider who will be able to get you the correct part.

I had trouble with one of my hearing aids. I followed your procedure. Using a cue tip with electric contact cleaner did the trick. Thank you🙏 My audiologist said it was toast and time for a new set🙄 Thank you.👍

Thank you for the video. I have a pair of Rexton Trax 42 hearing aids. I normally change the receivers myself. There is a pin that has to be extracted in order to remove the receiver. My pins are a bit damaged and have trouble holding the receivers in place. Do you know where I can find replacement pins? I think they are plastic. I have tried using a fine wire instead but it does not hold them in. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Jeff, thanks for the reply,. You would want to talk to your hearing provider about the pins so you can provide them with the serial number of the devices and they can match the exact part with the manufacturer.

You don't necessarily need a special tool, just a small push pin/tooth pick that can push the pin out next to the receiver and you can use your fingernail or that same tool to push it back in

It is possible and it depends on the sound that it is actually making as to what the issue is. See your hearing care provider and they can help you out!

There will be a number and strength indicator on most receivers like 3M, or 2S, something like that.

You may want to contact your hearing care provider to see if they can help. If you replaced the batteries they may be in backwards or not properly seated. Which hearing aids do you have?

MY HEARING AIDS WORK QUITE WELL, AND i use them everday, one of the most problems , ìs that I use mine are ALWAYS very well. With My tablet I use my hearing aids to watch movies however mine today are not pairing up. ANY HELP

IF you have a phonak hearing aid which I'm assuming you do because it connects to your tablet 1. Turn your hearing aids off 2. go into your bluetooth settings of your tablet and forget the hearing aids 3. turn your hearing aids back on - tap on them when they show up 4. touch pair - should work.
