So glad you enjoy! If you wanna start with the easiest one, do the chicken Alfredo but just make the sauce, use store bought noodles and a decent frozen chicken that you bake. Just make the Alfredo sauce and see the difference it makes. Add the chicken the next next time… and then go on to the lemon basil one pot chicken and wherever you want to from there!!!

So we will march ourselves down to one of 10 or so Japanese spots in our city, but theres only the one that does the Hibachi on the huge grill and its a treat to reserve seats there and watch the chefs do all their fancy moves. I think you need to learn one for your next video! Your joke with your wife was hilarious at the end😉

@@Thebateskitchen so what’s the differences in Ghee to butter taste and how it cooks?

Ghee and clarified butter are basically refined butter with the water and milk solids removed, so they can cook at higher temperatures. Ghee can be a bit nuttier tasting due to the process but both are very similar in taste to butter!

Oh how I miss cooking for a family. Cooking for one is so depressing, no matter how I try to make it interesting with trying new dishes. You are an amazing chef! I am still waiting for my plate of food. LOL!! It all looked so delicious! So, when will you be opening a restaurant on the side? Can I give you a little hint. Of my 4 kids, I had one that didn't like meat and one that didn't care for vegetables. I learned to make dishes that had them all finely chopped so they couldn't tell one from the other. It worked! They ate it all and loved it. It wasn't about likes and not likes, it was about what we could afford and what we had to stretch to feed everyone and get bellies full. There were far too many days and nights of empty and hungry bellies for us, so they really needed to eat everything we had while we had it.
