Hey yall! Today I showed you guys some of my favorite high protein meal, snack, and dessert ideas that I made using minimal ingredients! Most of these were breakfast and sweet treat ideas since these are the meals I make the most as a college girly. One thing that I have learned time and time again is that nutrition is absolutely key to seeing results in the gym!
