I decided to make cornbread because of this. I live in West Palm Beach, and it is seriously hot now. The AC struggles. So baking is usually off my list until cooler weather. But I could make several pans at the same time, freezing the most of them! Great work.

8:55 Un-greased pan is a necessity. If you grease the pan the cake flatten.

My favorite is Confetti Angel Food cake. It has the different colored dots/markings when done. Also liked a Butter Creme type frosting. Maybe you could teach your chickens to lay eggs with just the egg whites in them. (Ha!Ha!) Loved hearing the birds chirping in the background. Gives the video that outdoorsy farm feeling. When you say to saw the cake,.....do you mean like use a chainsaw?!?! (Ha!Ha!) Loved the ending shot of Mackenzie looking at the finished product,.....she knows when to show up!!!
