Ingredients
3 (1½ lb) Chicken Breast, skinless, boneless
¾ tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
For the Filling
1½ cup (45 grams) Baby Spinach Leaves, chopped
¼ cup (54 grams) Sundried Tomatoes, diced
½ cup (120 grams) Cream Cheese, room temperature
3 Garlic Cloves, finely minced
⅛ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Oil, from the sundried tomatoes
3 slices Mozzarella Cheese
For Seasoning
1 tsp Paprika
½ tsp Garlic Powder
For Searing
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Olive Oil
For Sealing
6-9 Toothpicks

Jancy, you can definitely bake them in the oven at 400F/200C till the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165F/74C.
