easy homemade tiramisu!!!
ingredients:
• 500g of mascarpone (can substitute with cream cheese)
• 6 large egg yolks
• 2/3 cup white sugar
• 2 cups of whipping cream
• 3 teaspoons of vanilla extract
• 35 lady fingers
• dutch processed cocoa powder (to sprinkle)
• 2 cups of hot water + 4 tablespoons instant coffee
hey guys! im not going to lie im posting this to clear out my phone storage but this is still a valid recipe! perfect for hot summer days when u dont want to turn on the oven or rainy evenings during fall when u dont want to put too much effort! this made around 2 square boxes so keep that in mind!!
