The saturation work pretty well for me but the motion blur once i added it into my clips my clips just cant load or load so slow. Why is this happening anyone know? Id tried to remove the OF or VBL but its still having the same cases.

The adjustment clip is just a layer in which you are able to place effects to affect the clips below. Check to make sure you have added the effects you want in the adjustment clip. Alternatively, you can just add the effects onto the original clip.

I would say just experiment with it to your liking. Try not to go over half way because you can overdo it.

If you add motion blur, the cache needs to be rendered and its hard on your computer to play it back in your software. You have 2 options. 1, you can render the video and watch the exported video. 2, you can click the playback tab on the top of the window and change render cache to "smart". With render cache on smart, an orange line will apear above your clip on the timeline and you just have to wait for resolve to turn it to blue "render it in the timeline" then it will be smooth and hopefully not harm your pc.
