I just picked a 94 for $4000. And got Toyota FJ80 axles with E lockers. The 38" Nitto's just arrived!!! I have a 2004 Grand Vitara with the V6 for the drive train. I can't wait to get this rig together! Your vids keep me Motivated! Keep em" coming!!! Thanks..... Sully!

So I’m currently installing the same psc ram assist on yota axles I had one question do I have to put the shaft facing passenger side ? Also how do I connect the hoses I have a FJ80 gearbox tapped ?

Your mounting cab face either way. What I do is set everything up with the ram off the axle, and turn the wheel. That way your ram and pitman arm are pushing the same way. If theyre not, just switch the hoses. Then you can hook it up and bleed the system normally with the ram mounted to the axle and tie rod. 🤙🏻

Hello, I just picked up a hydro assist kit with the 6” throw on the cylinder.but I only have a 5” from stop to stop on the steering with stock Samurai axels. Did you run into any issues with that?

No, I'm just cognizant of when the turn is maxed out. You can weld on some sort of axle knuckle stop
