Hey ya'll...Love your tutorials...I am teaching my 15 yr old the basics in which I am reteaching myself again...I haven't painted in 40 yrs and my Momma asked me 11 yrs ago before she died to take it back up again...I started watching you and have my 15 yr old watching you on KZbin...because you take your time and explain what your doing...I am having her do abstracts for now so she can learn what each of her paint brushes do and what kind of strokes they create...and she painted a pretty cactus desert scene for me...thank you for what you and your husband do...

THANK YOU very much for showing different strokes. Being very new to painting it's often very frustrating trying to figure that out on my own just by watching. often times I can't tell what brush is being used let alone the proper way to use it so thank you!

Angela do you prep the pages of your Visual art journal with anything before you paint your acrylics in it?

I’ve been curious why filbert Brush is called that. Google has the answer. Thought this is interesting. Hope it’s ok to post that here. “The filbert paintbrush derives from the shape it resembles, that of a hazelnut with its namesake. This word comes from the Old French filbert, coming from noix de (nut of) Philibert. Philibert was a saint, (who died in 684), whereby the ripening of the nut in August coincides with his feast day."

I am new Patreon. How do I contact Mark for printing traceables out. I am having problems but I donot know how to contact someone who can help me. PLEASE someone can they tell me? Thank you.

You can message me on Patreon. If you can download the image but can't print it then it sounds like it is an issue with your printer. You can try using www.rasterbator.net to upscale the print to larger sizes. It will print on multiple sheets and you tape them together. If it is a printer issue I would Google your printer brand for help.

It’s great that your husband is in the video with you......BUT you need to distinguish between the conversation you two are having (both of you mumble) and what is actually a part of the painting video. Half the time I think there is something wrong with my hearing. You’re an amazing artist, I thoroughly enjoy your work.
