I sometimes use plain yogurt instead of oil Reza, and occasionally balsamic vinegar just to switch things around a bit. The yogurt version doesn't keep as long though, just three days in the fridge.

You can switch up balsamic vinegar and yogurt instead of oil. It's so easy and it comes in its own jar 😋

I sometimes use balsamic vinegar or replace the oil with plain yogurt Carol. The yogurt version only keeps for about three days though.

@@LazyCookPete I considered getting a Global knife a few years back, and then I found my current one: $11 cheapie at my local supermarket, that has performed like an absolute CHAMP! haha

@@Maplecook I have also been using Kai Wasabi knives marketed in the UK by the American company Kershaw. I had a few issues with two of my Global knives corroding where the blade meets the tang, not something I expected from a pricey brand like Global. The Kai Wasabi knives have performed very well indeed for the more modest price tag.
