Here's a description you can use for your Kachumbar Salad video:
Ingredients:
For the Salad:
1 medium-sized cucumber (chopped)
1 medium-sized onion (chopped)
1 medium-sized tomato (chopped, seeds removed)
1 green bell pepper (chopped)
1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp fresh mint leaves (chopped)
For the Dressing:
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil or any cooking oil
1 tsp salt (or adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp chaat masala (optional)
How to make:
Wash the cucumber, onion, and tomato thoroughly. Chop them into bite-sized pieces. Chop the green bell pepper and fresh mint and coriander leaves.
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, and chaat masala (if using) until well combined.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cucumber, onion, tomato, green bell pepper, mint, and coriander leaves.
Pour the prepared dressing over the chopped vegetables. Toss everything together until the vegetables are evenly coated with the dressing.
If desired, chill the salad for 15-20 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors. Garnish with additional fresh coriander or mint leaves and enjoy!
