@@BuzzBee-et8np I always make my own sunflower seed flour. You can buy it pre-made but it's much cheaper to make your own and it only takes 5 minutes. I know this is kind of where I should say really off-topic of cinnamon rolls, but are you able to make a keto low fat challah bread that rises on the channel? I know it’s a Jewish food.
