Can't wait to have the Baked Tortellini alfredo! I put 2 in the freezer last Friday - 1 with bacon and sun-dried tomatoes and 1 with peas. We have one scheduled for Valentine's Dinner - cheesy yummy pasta and bacon = LOVE

My kids won't eat the mushrooms but love the stroganoff...I just make the sauce in my blender...whip it up then add it in! Shhhhhh! They love it thst way!

Another fantastic video Ladies! So many Moms struggle with picky eaters! My son (grown now) would only eat veggies if they were small and incorporated into a meal- like Fried Rice. So I took my fine chopped mixed frozen veggies and added some into his Mac-n-Cheese (or whatever I could make into a side dish). He now likes a lot he never did and loves Spinach Alfredo! Also keep in mind- sometimes kids like raw carrots and not cooked. So pick up some baby carrots for their side dish- but keep serving them tiny cooked carrots in mixed veggies and eventually they may outgrow those texture issues. And encourage your kids to try new foods, especially as they grow older!

When my boys were kids, they're in their 30s now, I did 2 things when things were "eww I don't like that". I pureed the disliked food and added that to spaghetti sauce/red sauce. Or I added the pureed food to cookies. I took a pumpkin cookie recipe or pumpkin bread recipe and swapped out the pumpkin for other or half and half and tweaked the spices to suit the new thing.

We like the walking tacos too altho my kids are all grown they still like them, I think only thing different we do is use Catalina dressing on them yummy.. I was the fussy eater in my family lol in my 50s and still picky but not as much

Christie here: the catalina dressing makes sense! I use that on my taco salad when I make it. So tangy! Walking tacos are the ultimate camping food!

Another way to sneak veggies into a meal, if you have a dehydrator, is to powder dehydrated veggies and add them into your meal. Powdered, they are small and hidden. The picky eaters will never know.

Yes. You’re totally on the right track. This one is perfect with mashed potatoes or rice because it has a lot of delicious sauce and you’re going to want something to spoon the sauce on so none of it gets wasted. Let us know how you like it once you give it a try!

@@FreezerMeals101 All I can say is WOW! This was fantastic! Even my pickiest eater ate it. I ended up serving it over rice. One question though for next time... What is the best way to increase the sauce without messing up the flavor profile? I must have cooked it to long or over too high of a temp because it just didn't seem "saucy" enough. Thank you for all your help! Your channel and club has really helped get me out of the cooking slump!
