****************************************** We hear the word stretching, stretching should be stretched, So what actually happens is the left side is shortened, the length of the arm, the length of the leg and more... as a result of this the body has a tendency to close to the inner side, the left hand wants to turn to the right... the new proposal is to stretch the arm, leg, with dumbbells. And in addition, make rotations to the opposite side, that is, to the outside of the body. Thank you, Creator of the world, thank God. This will be a global revolution in treatment!

That "feeling thing on the leg" is a very good sign that the leg can recover. Start by massaging the leg by squeezing the muscles to start blood flow, then let the leg start receiving body weight while using a cane or holding on to a solid material. Do small marching steps, either in place or moving forward.

And you should have been a real therapist giving recommendations but you're not. As a professional like her, she is just showing proper form and technique here. A lot of stroke patients can't perform all of these on their own , so as therapists we actively assist them through the motions of the exercise. Hence why her hand positioning changes with each exercise.. but I'm sure you already knew that
