What's the difference? If you're frozen you are not frozen anymore, like when you equip an hero card while frozen. GG funki

The following about Zilliax is probably bad, because you know pure stats are usually not worth it, but if you put the 2-mana statbomb-module with deal 3 damage to your hero at the end of your turn and the perfect Zilliax module the damage done will immediately be healed due to lifesteal. Eventually this can help with the giants in wild that reduce in cost if your hero's health changed during ypur turns, but that's probably it.

This is actually pretty similar to the plague DK i theorycrafted but haven't afforded to craft yet, so thats really cool! I think plagues pair better with this more value/control oriented style that blood offers over frost. Think i might have tuned into the stream but im looking forward to watching, my dude! Cheers

I think you are the only that had the idea to run 1 blood with 2 unholy since a lot of the DK decks are doible Unholy and 1 frost, I watched this at the beginning of the month when you first showcased it. As always I enjoy to see what you are cooking up for decks even if they are just meme decks.

Pretty similar to the deck I made. I've been running the poison guys and crop rotations instead of the plague destroying aoe guys and gaslights. Good twist I'll have to try it

Hey always love watching the decks as it’s unique and hearthstone is missing fun, I love crafting decks and seeing what works! I noticed the deck code you provided is different than the deck you’re using? Is there any reason for removing Necrotic Mortician?

Glad to hear! And thanks for watching! I changed Gold Panner for Mortician for my last part of the legend climb, which is why the code/intro is different. I preferred more draw rather than the generation to find key cards faster like Horseman/Helya.

Cool variant. Did you consider to swap a Gaslight with a Sharp-eyed seeker? How was the winrate when you did not have Helya on curve like on the highlighted games?

Would work wonders to find the head, but is a dead card before you find Headless. Also cannot be used to find Helya, so I would prefer Gaslight.

I actually tried it and it's horrible in this meta. the card is very specific to the text it will only a one single card not started in your deck so if you're in a mirror it might just pull a plague instead of giving you head

tried it a lot of times and can´t confirm that it will win a lot....mostly demonhunter warlock and warrior destroy you... It is ust a feeling but Dk has a lack of power....other classe have better and cheaper controll and damage possibilities. Plagues are to unstable and you need a lot in the deck to have a chance. getting just frustrated with DK and i love the class 9of Diamond best rank to manage...how you get higher?

Why not just use Sharp-Eyed Seeker instead of gaslight gatekeeper? It directly pulls the head from your deck instead of relying on gatekeeper RNG

I think it’s so it doesn’t make it bad against the mirror matchup.

Gaslight is a little more inconsistent to find the Horseman Head but overall more versatile because it can find Helya, or more Plagues or just get a better hand.

Funki I think you missed lethal at 23:03, cuz if you equip weapon, cast the +spell dmg with titan and go face with everything it's 25 dmg. Mana cost: 3 weapon, 4 mana both spells, 2 hero power = 9; damage: 10 minion on board + 3 weapon+6 first spell with titan buff + second spell 3 dmg + 3 dmg hero power = 25 :D

Do you know any cards in the game that do what Zilliax does? No... He's unique. So you can't replace him. Just put in there something you think it'll help your deck better. Use your brain, don't expect everything from others. And btw... Just CRAFT ZILLIAX! It's the best card in the whole expansion and one of the bets cards ever released. He'll be in almost EVERY deck until he gone. Why don't you already have it? It's known before the expansion comes out, that he would be a crazy good card..

There is Gold Panner in the preview deck list, then replaced with Necrotic Mortition during actual gameplay. So Mortition is better to include right?

The intro/code is the most refined version! I swapped to the Panners for the last part of the climb.

I've tried this decklist.. I wouldn'd say it's GREAT. It's a good deck. Mainly because the whole Plague DK archetype is top tier right now, and all versions of it are performing pretty well in the current meta. It's a nice deck. But imo the Excavate/Reska version is still the best out of all lists. You have better tempo, more value from the treasures, Pile of Bones re-summons AND Reska x 3, is an great win condition. The Horseman is good too, but waaaaay slower and worse card compared to Reska imo.

Can be tough, but definitely winnable! Just need to find Helya asap then save a couple clears for Fannottem/Sarg, and a couple plague cards for after wheel.
