I use normal construction cement material but use with more water than usual to remove the foam: after mixing cement with water, let about 20 minutes for the cement to settle, remove the water layer on the side above and used the rest of cement for good results without air bubbles, note when drying cement do not expose to direct sunlight to avoid drying too quickly leading to pot cracking.

@@MegArt3Dfor something that thin do you use any bonding adhesive in your water mix? If not you should look into concrete bonding adhesive, you can replace 10-25% of your water with it and the concrete will have a much stronger bond :)
