Could you please share a recipe for mango paneer (cottage cheese) or something like that with mango as well? I am a vegetarian. I would highly adore a non-veg version of manga chicken. It is late summer/monsoon here in India. There are lots of mangoes out there. 😊🧡❤🥭

My rolled cakes always seem to break either with the first roll or when I unroll to frost it any tips?

Possibly you are drying it out too much in the oven so it becomes fragile

If it's breaking when you first roll it, the cake may have cooled down too much already. Is this happening with sponge cakes or a different type of cake recipe? Overbaking could also cause the cake to dry out too much.
